MY ROOM.....

its been a long while since I have shown you my room and how I organise my room. It has changed alot since the last time I took photos...so as I took all morning to tidy up and get myself organised a bit better , I took some photos to show you....

* disclaimer...my room is not pretty...it is not one that has cost me hundreds to put together...it doesn't have pretty baskets for  coordinating boxes...it is just functional, just as I need it to be.

Here is the overall photos of my room...it is my box room so it is so small you can sit in the middle of the room and touch all both walls.

I wanted to show you first off how I store my pins...so much better now I can see them...and they look so pretty! ( I  put up my current fav pages to see before I hide them away in my albums)  UK people....The board came from 'The Range'

as you can see I put them all onto a fabric board...

I REALLY DON'T NEED ANY MORE PINS!!!!!

I had to give my original unit that I bought for my room to my son...So I used a dresser that someone gave me...took the glass doors off and it works really well! ( ignore all the boxes down the side of the unit...i keep those for sending in pages to the magazine)

it holds lots of different things....

my papers...which after much fussing and wondering I decided to take out of manufacturer and put into colours...this works so much better now!

though when I buy a new range of papers ( as I still buy whole lines...I keep them all together until I have finished playing with them and then sort out the whole sheets that I haven't used.. or nearly whole sheets of paper go in here...as long as one part of it is 12 by 12 and i can see its pattern or colour it goes in here.....the scraps i will show you what i do with them in a min)

it also holds my embellishments ( well what is left of them after purging)

I am not an embellishment user...after lots of years of trying to make them work on my pages, I just prefer to use flatter things like die cuts or stickers...here is inside my brad box...i do not need to buy any brads for a wee while!

it also holds my stamps which are in the basket and my gems which are in the green tray box...

next up is my shelves that are my husband put up....

All my sticker, bits that I have not opened yet....letter stickers etc..all get hung up on here........i have learnt over the last year that I do not use it if I cannot see it...so having everything out like this really works for me...I just added a curtain pole to the bottom of the shelf.............it works REALLY REALLY well!!!!!!!!!!

Now on the actual shelf above holds my plastic boxes...in here are all my scraps...stuff that is too small to go into my cropper hoppers...

I have two colours in each box...I wanted one but I just did not have the room. Here is inside my red and yellow box.

onto my window ledge...

I keep my punches that I always use to hand in these tier containers ( for UK people I bought these at 'The Range' for £4.99)...the ones that I do not use that often are kept in the unit that my cameo sits on...that basket unit holds extra punches, printer stuff, cables ( boring )

the paper holder beside is all my new papers...they stay there until I have used them.

Next up...over my desk...my buttons and bits and pieces have not really changed...

I got all my die cuts out of boxes and put them into smaller ones and placed them in front of me so i could see them....they are done in colour order...

these are really cheap takeaway boxes that cost me £1 for 5...

well... that is about it...let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for popping in
