I meant to pop in earlier about this but totally forgot........if you live in the UK and have an M&S near you...i bought these xmas decorations this year....but not for the tree....they are wooden ( sorry the picture is naff) brilliant for pages and cards!!!!

i know people cover them with mist as well....anyway i would imagine there may be some left in the sale...these were only £8.

Afternoon all.........today is Boxing day here in the UK....and I am taking a quiet 5 mins away from all the chaos that is going on to show you my table that i did on Christmas day.....Lots of bows...and even some scrapbooking supplies!!!!

I had nine people for Christmas dinner....and at the last minute I decided to do table presents for everyone...just a little something...bubble bath and some chocolate.

as you can see my fiskars punch came in handy to keep the presents together!

I printed the labels on kraft card....looks so pretty!

I went with purple as i have new purple and cream curtains in my dinning room! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas day x

I wanted to pop in here and wish you all a Merry Christmas......i have some projects to show, but the weather here has been awful so none of the photos came out well.

It is also Harrys birthday on Christmas Eve and i have 9 people coming for christmas dinner......so a busy time....i do intend on spending alot of time scrapbooking over the coming weeks and i have some giveaways as well..... so i will be back...until them have a wonderful christmas!

Morning! Today i am off to my sons Christmas dinner at school...nice treat this year as i don't have to cook it! which is what i did last year so i am happy!

I found this sketch on Pinterest the other day...it is the sketch on the blog at Pagemaps if you want to check it out........i fell in love with this sketch!

it is so out of my comfort zone,,,which i think is why i liked it!

So yesterday i sat down and had a try! i even broke out my one mist spray as well...i went a bit nuts with it but hey...i am learning! i may even buy some more! i think yellow? what is the best yellow one to get?

hmmmmm still not sure but hey it is done and i got one of my sons very young photos done...i have tons of him when he was little but i always seem to move towards the older one....

im back....

We have had bugs and sore throats and no voices at my house over the last week...but after a horrible weekend we all seemed to wake up feeling a bit better today...good thing too as my son has the lead part his school play later today...and a voice is defiantly needed!

But i did manage to squeeze in two pages over the weekend. i got a box full of the new October Afternoon last week so i pulled it out to have a play with...this is what i came up with...a big different for me...i even broke out my one bottle of spray! yes i only own one bottle!

When browsing Two Peas the other day...i came across a thread with a you tube link....a link to a video from Kodak...YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT....click here 
it made me think...............
I have struggled with scrapbooking recently...my carpel tunnel has been so bad  that i have struggled to move my fingers on some days. this hobby did this to me....
After years of design team work, i have more albums than i know what to do with or store. I have hundreds of pages that are just sitting in boxes and are not in albums...mainly cost.... as buying all those albums to put all those hundreds of pages in would cost a fortune.

But recently this have started to pick up. I am  sure the love will be the same as it was several years ago...but slowly it is coming back.
So for now i am just taking it one page at a time...trying to add more journaling, trying to make pages that count...i even considered doing a december daily album..( i haven't) but this year i will take more pictures...i will get my camera out of my bag and take more everyday things.

One of the things i have been working on in the last month is my bucket list. I have been writing stuff down over the last month...and then i turned it into a page...and here it is...
i still have a few extra ones to put in...but need some more kraft cardstock to print them out onto! lol...
