Morning all...

First off , thank you for all you kind comments about my new work with the Scrap365 magazine. It is seriously something that i really wanted to do and was really excited about!!!

Not much has been happening in my scrapbooking room of late.I dont normally have my non scrappy life on here but..... Family comes first and at the moment my family needs me. My nan has Sciatica.Now she has had this before and it has been bad, but this time it is worse. Has anybody had this? She has it in both sides of her body...she is 89 so as you can imagine this is seriously painful so she needs lots of looking after. My aunt who broke her hip a few months ago, now is going to be having Dialyses 4 times a week....she also went away for a few days...fell down the stairs and broke her pelvis........both are fairly elderly...and need lots of looking after.

I do have a card from the Jillibean Soup blog to show you today though...it is their new line called Hearty Barley...and it is one of my favorite...

This card is something a bit different to one i have ever done...first off i stamped...and secondly it is just different...see what i mean?

 

I used  the stamp set from Jillibean soup ...grabbed the gorgeous flipflop stamp and stamped it onto some pattern paper...a bit different huh...what do you think?

Mondays scrapbooking...

I had a whole day at home yesterday...all by myself...NICE!

So i grabbed some paper that i bought AGES ago and had not had a chance to use....I grabbed my Girls Paperie packs of paper and just played!

And here is the card i came up with...

AND....do you see those leaves? Well they are stamped!...yep stamped! i had to go out and by the green ink to use!!!!...enjoyed it though, i would like to stamp more, but to buy the inks and the stamps is alot of money...to build up a collection seems a bit daunting!
