My mum is the biggest lover of teapots, teacups and bone china...she loves them and has loads and uses them all and gets such pleasure from it.........so it made sense to make something for christmas that reflects this.....so after much searching around the internet to spark and idea this is what i came up with....( someone asked where i get my frames from...over here in the UK we have a shop called The Range....they are about £5 from there, they come in a light wood and are easy to paint!)
Edited to add: here is the link for the images that i used for this ... a website called scrappy llama there are loads and lots of boys ones too if you want to make one of these for a male/boy
now it may not be everyone's cup of tea ( sorry very bad joke! lol) but i know that she is going to love it....
And it took me hours and hours to make...each teapot and cup is cut out into sections...for example the lid on this one...
the spout the handle and the bottom part are individually made and stuck on....yes i am that insane!!! Here are close ups of all of them...
I just hope after all this work she likes it!!!
