Sorry for not being around, especially as i had to draw a name out of the hat.
Where have i been...
Harry has not been well, yep you knew that already but seriously the 'flu' that he had knocked him for six. He got better and then went back to school and he has not been right since. He know has a horrible eye infection which no matter what i do seems to just hang around. He has also been left with a horrible cold and cough, and he is pure exhaused. I have been giving him vitamin supplements to try and help.
To honest he just needs to rest so i am looking forward to the christmas holidays!!!
I have been ill, stomach flu sucks BIG TIME!!!
Working, working and working some more, but i have had a few evenings that i have been able to make some stuff for christmas presents.
Firstly i made these for harrys teachers. As he is in a very small school the reception and year one children are together so he has two full time teachers.
I picked up two list notepads at Tescos the other day and made a cover for them both...

I will be doing a 'How to' post on Scrap Paper Scissors over the christmas period. They are really cheap but effective!!!
I am also making these for the rest of the teachers in his small school. I have printed out the labels and am going to buy the jars at the weekend. I just hope they like them...

I got Harry to pick a winner from the give away post before and he picked

Hi Wendy , I'm with you on this one as I have an ever growing collection of punches and I recently went mad with a border punches order at Papermaze. The next thing I was thinking of doing was to collect chipboard shapes just to use as templates as I already have some Crafters Workshop templates that I use. I don't think I have a style as such - like you I tend to use/adapt what I have and my first love is paper so I would much rather turn my scraps into an embelishment than use a ready made one. It also costs less - which means I can spend more on paper!
Email me at wendy@bbbweb.com and i will get the templates out to you :)
For another idea for xmas i am going to make these for my sister.... there is only one problem with it at the moment as i cannot find anyone who sells wooden pegs!!!!! seriously check out the link as it is amazing!!!!!! i found her blog the other day and spent hours going through it!!!!
And the last thing i have made is a baby card for my bosses baby shower... i lifted this from the 'A card a day 'book that i got for my birthday...
